About the position: As Director of Sales Operations, you will play a key part in growing our
business by executing our sales vision and strategy. Reporting into and partnering with our Chief
Revenue Officer, the role brings out high impact operational execution, process innovation, and
strong stakeholder partnerships. You will be responsible for conducting business planning
process to measure performance, keep accurate sales ops records, and help modify existing sales
operations’ processes, create budgets and allocate resources to reach sales operations goals.
You will work closely with internal teams in driving revenue, developing and executing on sales
strategy, uncovering and reporting on sales/account insights, and managing tools and processes to
drive revenue.

Job Duties

  • Work directly with leadership to create and execute on strategies that steer the sales organization including overall sales structure, sales goals, sales strategies, lead generation, segmentation and management
  • Work with CRO to develop the Global Sales Go-to-Market Strategy including managing sales territory assignments and lead generation flow (with Marketing)
  • Responsible for the CRM – SalesForce.com
  • Develop policies and procedures for sales organization
  • Reinforce sales training and institute sales methodologies
  • Lead the development of quarterly and annual forecasts/budgets providing revenue guidance and recommendations to sales team including analysis
  • Develop Sales Compensation Model and prepare commission reports for Finance and Management approval
  • Work with the Marketing team to ensure a smooth process throughout the sales funnel
  • Manage daily, weekly, monthly sales reporting for all of our key business units, using this analysis to proactively provide feedback and areas of focus to improve performance
  • Support the implementation of new business processes and reporting to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness
  • Guide automation process of tools that support pipeline and forecast management

Required Skill Set

  • 6+ years in Sales Operation or related function, 3+ years of leadership experience within a Tech/ SaaS company with global expansion experience
  • Experience in building and managing a Sales Operations team with inbound, high volume, and high-velocity sales
  • Expert Communication skills with special focus on the Sales Organization and all cross functional organizations
  • Expertise in Salesforce and the Salesforce ecosystem and other sales related software and modern tools for efficiency and analysis
  • Proven leadership and facilitation of cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with Finance, Marketing, and Sales
  • Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline.  MBA preferred
  • Ability to be versatile and flexible with a positive Can-do attitude
