Eric Lodge Joins Globalization Partners as Senior Director, Strategic Operations

Lodge brings nearly two-decades of international business experience to award-winning Global PEO and Employer of Record.

BOSTON, MA—November 15, 2017— Globalization Partners, a Global Professional Employer Organization and employer of record firm that helps companies expand internationally without establishing branch offices overseas, today announced the appointment of Eric Lodge as Senior Director, Strategic Operations. Lodge, who has more than 15 years of experience in international business, will lead a variety of strategic projects for the company.

With 15 years consulting experience in the international business services industry, Lodge has been a thought leader in global business expansion services since early in his career. He was one of the first employees at High Street Partners (now Radius), and has held both operational and sales leadership roles during his time with the company. As West Coast Regional Director, Lodge was initially tasked with building out the Silicon Valley office and leading the global client services organization to drive the business growth at High Street Partners. After 8 years on the operational side of global business services, he transitioned to the sales and marketing side of the business where he continued to provide organizational leadership and helped to drive business growth for another 5+ years, most recently as Radius’ VP of Sales.

“I am thrilled to be joining Globalization Partners in the most exciting phase of the company’s growth cycle,” Lodge says. “GP is the perfect storm of really smart people, a terrific business culture, and an outstanding business model. Joining a fast-growing company, which provides a highly needed service in a market where there is tremendous demand for GP’s award-winning global employer of record services—I couldn’t be more excited to be bringing my global business expertise and talents to Globalization Partners.”

Globalization Partners has grown at an extraordinary rate since 2014. In the last fiscal year, the company’s revenue grew 8,187 percent. In addition, the company has twice achieved high placement on the Inc. 5000 list, the foremost list of fastest-growing private businesses in the United States, finishing at No. 6 in 2016 and at No. 33 in 2017.

“We could not be happier that Eric has decided to join Globalization Partners,” says CEO Nicole Sahin. “His experience and acumen in the international business expansion space is unparalleled. Eric will be bringing a unique skill set to the company which will enable our continued exponential growth.”
