Global Expansion Platform Update:
Globalization Partners recently added two distinct new services, RecruitGlobal™and GrowGlobal™. These services, along with our Global Employer of Record, make up our end-to-end global expansion platform.
With RecruitGlobal, we will help you source, screen, and vet candidates through our team of local on-the-ground experts in more than 30 countries. Through GrowGlobal, we provide you with entity set up, payroll, tech, and HR administration, allowing you to retain the same level of high-quality HR service and legal compliance, after you’ve outgrown the global employer of record model.
These new products, coupled with our proprietary software platform, GoGlobal™, will give you even more control to get your workforce up and running quickly, efficiently, and with few resources in any country in the world.
Over the last few weeks, you have received emails about the launch of the GoGlobal mobile app. Your feedback has been fantastic and we thank you for sharing your enthusiasm about the mobile app launch.

Privacy Shield Certification:
We are the first, and currently only, Global Employer of Record with Privacy Shield Framework certification for Human Resources data. Here’s what it means:
The EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks were designed by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the European Commission and Swiss Administration to provide companies on both sides of the Atlantic with a mechanism to comply with data protection requirements when transferring personal data from the European Union and Switzerland to the United States in support of transatlantic commerce. This is a critical certification as it relates to data privacy and protection when it comes to managing a global workforce in the era of GDPR.
