Referral Fees will be earned and paid out pursuant to the terms of the Referral Partner Agreement between G-P and the Referral Partner, including Exhibit A.
Referral Fees for Employer of Record and G-P Contractor can be earned for a maximum period of twelve (12) months per professional or contractor. Referral Fees begin only after the eligible professional or contractor has been on G-P’s platform for three (3) consecutive months.
Referral Fees for Gia Enterprise can be earned for the first twelve (12) of Gia annual recurring revenue for the referred customer at a rate of 15% of ARR. Referral Fees for Gia Essentials and Gia Pro subscriptions can be earned on transactions made for a maximum period of twelve (12) months for each referred customer. Referral Fees are payable only after the eligible customer has been using Gia for two (2) consecutive months.
Referral Fees are paid out per calendar quarter in arrears.
In the event the above terms directly conflict with the terms of the Referral Partner Agreement, the Referral Partner Agreement shall control.
