Globalization Partners CEO Nicole Sahin Wins Global Business Excellence Award For Entrepreneurship

Through this award, Sahin is recognized for her impressive leadership and innovative entrepreneurship. Under her direction in 2017, Globalization Partners achieved a month-to-month revenue growth rate of 150% in the first two quarters and an overall 3-year growth rate of 1,616%. On top of that, the company doubled its headcount, including the addition of global employees, and moved into a brand new U.S. headquarters based in Boston. Sahin spearheaded the development of the first-to-market cloud portal to enable secure, streamlined client global workforce management, while also maintaining leadership focus on delivering exceptional customer service with a 95% client retention rate.

The Global Business Excellence Awards pride themselves on having a large panel of independent expert judges who select winners according to strict criteria for each category and sector; focussing on financial results, innovation, customer, employee, investor and community benefits.

Sahin won several business and entrepreneurship awards in 2017, including being named EY Entrepreneur of the Year, winning a Gold Stevie Award for Woman of the Year, and being named a Stevies Female Executive of the Year finalist. The Global Business Excellence Awards are open to private, public and third sector organizations of all sizes, based in any country around the world. Entrants to the Global Business Excellence Awards do not have to be operating globally to enter the awards, entries are judged against other entries from the same country. There are four rounds each year with quarterly deadlines being the last working day of February, May, August and November and winners for each round hold their title for twelve months.
