Boston, MA – July 24, 2018 Globalization Partners, a Global Employer of Record Platform that helps companies expand into more than 170 countries without setting up overseas branch offices and subsidiaries, today announced CEO Nicole Sahin has been named a Gold winner in the category of CEO of the Year by the CEO World Awards, a subset of the Woman World Awards.

The coveted Women World Awards program encompasses the world’s best in leadership, innovation, organizational performance, new products and services, and milestones from every major industry in the world. Organizations from all over the world are eligible to submit nominations including public and private, for-profit and non-profit, largest to smallest and new startups.

More than 80 judges from a broad spectrum of industry voices from around the world participated and their average scores determined the 2018 award winners. Winners will be honored in San Francisco on Monday, July 30, 2018 during the annual SVUS Red Carpet Awards Ceremony Dinner attended by the finalists, winners, judges, and industry peers.

“I greatly appreciate the recognition of my company’s strategic performance and am delighted to be named CEO of the year,” said Sahin. “To win the Gold in a competition that evaluates CEOs from all over the world is a great honor.”

In 2017, Sahin led Globalization Partners to an increased revenue of 50% year over year and in 2018 achieved a new client sales growth rate of 50% from the first quarter to the second quarter; this exponential growth was on top of two prior years of ranking extremely high in the Inc 500 fastest growing companies list. Additionally, the company doubled its total company headcount, resulting in the opening of a new Boston headquarters as well as additional offices in San Diego, Bristol, England; Singapore, Mexico City, Sao Paolo, Brazil; and Indore, India.

Globalization Partners has successfully been sustaining a rapid rate of growth over the last few years. The company finished No. 33 on the 2017 Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies, after finishing 6th the year before. Most recently, Globalization Partners ranked No. 3 on the Women Presidents’ Organizations’ list of 50 Fastest-Growing Women-Owned/Led Companies and No. 2 on the Boston Business Journal’s ‘Fast 50’ List for 2018.
