Richa Gupta is G-P’s chief human resources officer. With more than two decades of experience leading HR in companies ranging from start-ups to high-growth and scaled, she prides herself in helping build talent practices, strong and purpose-driven global firms and high-performing teams/cultures that enable companies to thrive.
At G-P, Richa leads all facets of the company’s global workforce, talent and employee experience. Her business expertise plays a strategic role in scaling the organization to meet the shifting demands of the remote work and global expansions across the globe. She leads with a “people-first” mantra and leads HR as a product organization.
Prior to G-P, Richa served in senior leadership roles at notable technology companies including GE, PayPal, Vantiv Worldpay and Castlight Health.
She has a master’s degree in organizational psychology from Delhi University and an MBA from Wright State University in Ohio. Richa lives with her husband and children in the San Francisco Bay Area.
