About the position: As a Client Solutions Manger, you will be responsible for nurturing our existing Client base, from outreach and follow-up to generating add-on business with our Clients who use our Global Expansion Platform. Although we close sales on the phone, this is a very consultative sales process, where we act as a trusted advisor to educate our clients about overseas expansion, and at the same time differentiate ourselves through our knowledge and client service. We are looking for someone with high energy and a laser-like attention to detail, who is focused on outstanding client satisfaction from the prospect’s first introduction to our operations team with Globalization Partners onward.

Job Duties

  • Close sales for add-on products, including expansion countries and other product lines
  • Nurture existing company Client base by proactively calling and building relationships with key members of the Client’s team
  • Identify and expand contacts within the company Client base to assess the Client’s departmental needs
  • Draft and follow up on proposals/addendums, overcome objections and close sales
  • Attend initial onboardings meetings to understand the needs and growth cycle of the Client
  • Formulate key outreach approaches in conjunction with the designated Client Service Manager to better understand the Client’s global expansion needs
  • Work with Client Services Managers to provide a best in class service experience for our Clients
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline to meet assigned sales quotas and metrics
  • Identify contacts who have left a client company and assess their potential as a new client
  • Constantly learn about our business, follow industry-related developments and maintain an entrepreneurial drive
  • Maintain high quality data in SalesForce

  • Experience in global operations, or a B2B product with a financial focus, is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
