About the position:

At Globalization Partners we’re in high-growth mode- we’ve doubled in size this year plan to continue this pace for the next five years. Given our aggressive charter, we’re looking for a Customer Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment.  Growth is in our mandate and we need people to do it.  Our culture is renowned, and our goal is to build it and keep it!

What you’ll do:

  • Manage calendar & budget associated with programs, events and activities focused on driving customer growth
  • Work with our Market Research team to identify areas of opportunity within different departments/locations of existing customer accounts
  • Focus on our organizations inactive database of former customers, ensuring they are up to date on our latest technology releases and solutions available to them
  • Create a customer success journey that can be tracked, tested and executed on in order to optimize customer retention and upsell
  • Report to the executive team weekly on progress, KPIs and upcoming initiatives
  • Work closely with the content team to engage with customers and document their success stories
  • Meet with customers and participate in customer calls as needed
  • Manage customer email calendar 3 months out at a time with flexibility as needed

What we’re looking for:

  • A bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Someone with a charismatic and engaging personality that knows how to get stuff done!
  • Experience with Salesforce & Hubspot a plus!
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully fill executive level roles
  • Someone with high integrity and a keen understanding of the confidential nature of roles in HR
  • A highly organized and detail-oriented TA Partner with the ability to manage competing and changing priorities, resources, and time demands
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
