About the position:

Globalization Partners is looking for an entrepreneurial marketer specialist to support all marketing efforts to drive referrals from our current partners and generate leads for net new partners. As part of our channel marketing team, you will support the creation of collateral, email campaigns, webinars, and events that increase awareness of our products and services, and that drive measurable impact on our bottom line.  The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment across both digital and face-to-face interactions.

What you will do:

  • Assist with all partner events and conferences including pre-event promotion, collateral development, logistics, and post-event follow-up
  • Develop monthly e-newsletters, email campaigns, and landing pages
  • Support on-going outreach and email nurture campaigns to increase partners’ referral volume
  • Collaborate with the partner to identify opportunities to engage target audience and drive referrals
  • Collaborate with our content team to create compelling messaging and content
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance against key business drivers; and effectively communicate both up and across teams to ensure clarity and alignment
  • Work with our market research to build out our target accounts (ABM)
  • Other tasks as required to support the Partner team
  • Travel for events and other partner efforts will be required (approx. 30% of time)

Success Factors:

  • Working knowledge of SF.com, HubSpot and the tools necessary for job execution
  • Metric-oriented with a passion for analyzing products, competitors and market dynamics
  • Ability to manage projects and make decisions across multiple opportunities and priorities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with exceptional organizational skills
  • Quick learner with a “roll up the sleeves” approach and incredible attention to detail
  • Relentless optimism and strong work ethic
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages is required

And you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience with marketing, channel marketing and/or business development in high-tech, IT, HRIS or enterprise software space
  • Previous track record of successful marketing program execution with measurable results
  • Experience developing and carrying out B2B marketing plans
