Adrienne Drew
Associate General Counsel

Adrienne Drew is Globalization Partners’ Associate General Counsel. Adrienne joined Globalization Partners in 2017 and since then has helped grow the company’s global corporate footprint and service offerings. Adrienne currently manages the company’s legal risk throughout the US, Asia, and the Middle East, and leads the organization’s data privacy program.

Adrienne has more than a decade of experience in complex employment and corporate litigation and has provided advice and counsel to some of the most cutting edge employers in the US and around the world. Before joining Globalization Partners, Adrienne was in private practice at law firms in California and Massachusetts.

Adrienne is a graduate of James Madison University and the University of San Diego School of Law. She currently lives in Okinawa, Japan, with her husband and two daughters.

Selene Sahagún
Employment Counsel, LATAM

Selene Sahagún represents Employment Counsel for LATAM at Globalization Partners, where she provides legal advice regarding all labor & employment issues in the Latin America Region. Selene has expertise in employment and social security litigation, strategy, and counselling local and international companies doing business in LATAM Countries.

Her experience is focused in outsourcing, labor relations strategy and management, employee terminations, transfers of personnel, due diligence, executive compensation and benefit plans, employment discrimination, social security matters and tax obligations. Prior to joining Globalization Partners, Selene worked for several years in two recognized Law Firms in Mexico City. Selene received her Business Law Certificate from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and her Law Degree from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Occidente (ITESO).

Selene is very passionate about philosophy; one of her favorites authors is Ayn Rand, a Russian American writer and philosopher who is well known for her philosophical system called Objectivism. Selene also enjoys cooking, making cocktails and playing video games. Her favorite singer is Mylène Farmer.

John Mazzone
Vice President, Finance

John Mazzone is an experienced finance professional with over 20 years of technical accounting and operational finance experience. John spent the first half of his career with PwC and KPMG as an auditor of companies ranging from small startups to large SEC reporting entities. He also led due diligence teams and advised private equity and strategic buyers on a variety of transactions. After his public accounting career, John held key finance positions at a large international public biotechnology company and large international financial investment firms.

Over the last 10 years, John has led large international accounting finance teams and implemented best in class practices. With John’s vast international finance experience across a broad spectrum of companies, he is well aware of the challenges company’s face when contemplating international expansion.

John earned his CPA license in the state of Massachusetts.

Jerry Gage-Anderson
Director of Financial Planning & Analysis/Business Intelligence

Jerry Gage-Anderson is the Head of FP&A and Business Intelligence (BI) at Globalization Partners, where he manages the company’s forecasting, long-range plan and started the Digital transformation by founding the BI team.

Prior to Globalization Partners, Jerry spent seventeen years in finance in Corporate FP&A, Business Transformation, Sales Finance/Operations and Accounting mostly at Akamai Technologies, Vistaprint, Raytheon and many other high growth SaaS startups. During his tenure, Jerry was instrumental in building out the finance business support capabilities and function at Akamai and Vistaprint with a focus on FP&A and Finance/Digital transformation projects. Jerry received his BS in Accountancy from Bentley University and his MBA from Bentley University. Jerry is also a Certified FP&A professional.

Outside of work, Jerry loves to travel and enjoys golf, art, and great wine.

Nick Adams
Vice President of Sales, EMEA

Nick Adams is the Vice President of Sales at Globalization Partners based in London, UK, where he leads the company’s international expansion into Europe. With a focus on building a strategic partner network and overseeing regional revenue operations, Nick comes to Globalization Partners with a wealth of experience scaling high growth businesses and is a firm believer in customer focus, integrity and teamwork; values that the company enshrines across the organization in everything that we do. Prior to Globalization Partners Nick was Global Head of Sales for Conversity, a cloud vendor of e-commerce software specializing in Customer Journeys.

Outside of work Nick is an avid traveler as well as devoting his time as a volunteer helping to find employment opportunities for resettled refugees.

Kathrin Koedderitz
Sales Director, EMEA

Kathrin Koedderitz is the Sales Director of EMEA at Globalization Partners, where she joined the team in April 2017 with more than a decade of experience managing strategic and complex international sales processes from start-ups to large corporations. Prior to joining Globalization Partners, Kathrin held various Sales and Marketing roles at Oracle, Mercedes-Benz, and Radius (now Vistra). At Radius, Kathrin supported companies that planned to expand globally around entity setup, tax, accounting, HR or global mobility matters across 100+ countries.

Kathrin is a German native and moved to Boston after traveling to more than 50 countries and working on 3 different continents, including the Yukon and Antarctica. In 2020, she relocated to Galway, Ireland, to build out the European Sales function. Kathrin holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from The University of Economics and Law in Berlin, Germany, and is a certified Life and Leadership coach. In addition to English, Kathrin speaks fluent German, Swedish, as well as some French and Spanish.

Besides work, she is very passionate about her family, personal and business growth, traveling, photography, Salsa dancing, cooking and the outdoors.

Muryel Dias
HR Specialist

Muryel Dias is a Regional Human Resources Specialist at Globalization Partners based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, where she has responsibility for supporting professionals throughout the region.

Muryel is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 10 years of corporate experience, which includes payroll, employee relations, benefits, operations, reorganization, compensation, coaching, implementation of changes and culture, and HR programs. Basically, Muryel helps manage life cycle of an employee from hire to retire and all that is between!

Previously, Muryel worked at LinkedIn supporting LATAM and North American employees. Muryel speaks fluent Portuguese and English.

Edwina Tan
Senior Manager, Global Operations, APAC

Edwina Tan is a Senior Manager, Global Operations at Globalization Partners. Edwina has responsibility for the management of our team of HR Specialists based throughout the APAC region, as well as the smooth implementation of integrated operation practices with key business partners in APAC on behalf of the Globalization Partners’ team.

Prior to Globalization Partners, Edwina was with a leading Relocation Management company, Cartus Corporation for 14+ years and held several roles during her tenure. These included Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management and Client Services Manager among others.Edwina held regional responsibility for the governance of vendor networks, costs and quality controls. She also has a successful track record in client services and operations management, managing key client relationships on a tactical and strategic basis. Edwina is a strategic problem solver and strong team player, analytical, meticulous and with strong communication skills.

In her free time, Edwina loves to travel, explore recommendations for good food and spend time with her family.

Francisco Mendez
Director, LATAM Operations

Francisco Mendez is the Director of LATAM Operations at Globalization Partners, where he is responsible for the management of our team of HR Specialists based throughout the Americas region. He also oversees the smooth implementation of integrated operation practices with key business partners in the Americas on behalf of the Globalization Partners’ team.

Francisco has extensive HR Manager and finance experience, ranging from payroll through labor law to employee relations while passing through budget, forecast and reconciliation. Previously, he worked for the British Embassy in Mexico City and oversaw the Latin American Region in HR, finance and payroll functions. Prior to that with the pharmaceutical company Novartis in HR and payroll functions. Francisco is based in Mexico City, with working experience of 5 years in Buenos Aires, Argentina and 7 years in Sao Paulo, Brazil. While his native tongue is Spanish, Francisco also speaks fluent Portuguese and English.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Buenos Aires.

Claire Lee
HR Specialist

Claire Lee is a Regional Human Resources Specialist at Globalization Partners, where she has responsibility for supporting professionals we engage on behalf of our clients throughout the APAC region. Claire was the first international employee in the Asia Pacific sphere. Prior to Globalization Partners, Claire served as a HR Generalist at TravelClick, an Amadeus company, where she spearheaded various HR initiatives, and supported a range of HR activities across the region.

Her combined experience working in the HR, client services and hospitality industry has enabled her to collaborate successfully with individuals of various nationalities and backgrounds. Claire holds a PGDip in Strategic Human Resource Management specializing in Business Partnering from the Singapore Human Resources Institute. She is also a certified professional of the Institute of Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Outside of work, Claire enjoys staying inspired and creative through lifelong learning and is always seeking to add new meaning into her life and the people around her.

Janna Vidal
HR Specialist France

Janna Vidal is a Human Resources Specialist at Globalization Partners, where she has responsibility for supporting professionals we engage on behalf of our clients throughout France. She joined the company with over 10 years’ experience in Human Resources practices on both operational and strategical levels within the International space.  She is experienced in the Human Resources life cycle; including operations and administration processes, recruitment, employee relations and EU legislation. Janna is proficient in building and maintaining valued advisor relationship with key leaders and associates.

Janna graduated with a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Labor economics at the Saint-Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance, Russia and also holds the CIPD Human Resources Practices certificate, UK.

Prior to joining Globalization Partners, Janna worked for several international businesses in the pharmaceutical and wine & spirits industry. She has lived in Russia, the UK and France.

Patricia Tan
Regional Manager, EMEA

Patricia Tan is the Regional Manager of EMEA at Globalization Partners’, where she provides key support in the Middle East.

Patricia has over seven years of experience in advising clients on the full range of immigration, corporate services, and HR matters. She has an extensive array of experience with a primary focus on the immigration regulations, corporate services and corporate health checks, general compliance advice, HR processes and procedures in the Middle East, particularly in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. This includes the strategy and outsourced implementation of business processes tailored to the Middle East’s specific requirements and best practices. She has serviced diverse clientele such as SMEs, High Net Worth Individuals and prominent multinational companies.

Prior to joining Globalization Partners, she worked in an international boutique law firm in the UAE.
