Nicole Sahin
CEO

Nicole Sahin’s mission is to eliminate barriers to doing business internationally and building global teams. As founder and CEO of Globalization Partners, she is recognized for having created their innovative Global Expansion Platform, which empowers companies to hire anyone, anywhere within a few business days – expanding their global footprint without the need to set up in country branch offices or subsidiaries.

Nicole’s vision has led to her being named Gamechanger of the Year in 2019 and Entrepreneur of the Year in New England. Globalization Partners has also earned the ranking of No. 6 on the 2016 Inc. 500 list, and the company has won numerous awards for breaking the traditional corporate mold by building a nationally-recognized company culture. She credits the success to an exceptional team with global expansion in their DNA, and to her philosophy of the Triple Bottom Line – what’s good for the clients and the employees is good for the shareholders. From day one, Nicole has built Globalization Partners to scale, with a mindset towards meeting the needs of Fortune 1000 companies, which require the highest compliance standards in the world.

Prior to launching Globalization Partners, Nicole was a Senior Director at High Street Partners, a firm that provided international HR, tax, legal, and compliance services to CFOs, HR Directors, and General Counsel of fast-growing technology companies establishing subsidiaries and hiring in dozens of countries. Her experience advising companies ranging from Tesla to HID Global on their international expansions, was a catalyst for founding Globalization Partners in 2012.

Nicole’s primary nonprofit endeavors focus on eliminating extreme poverty through education and economic development. She’s currently on the board of School the World and has spearheaded efforts to build schools in rural communities in Guatemala and Cambodia.  She also works on gender and racial equality initiatives and serves as the Vice-Chair of Diversity on the Membership Committee of YPO New England. Nicole holds an MBA in International Management from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies. She lives in Boston, loves to travel, and is inspired by the belief that making it easy for people to expand internationally, and work seamlessly across borders, ultimately makes the world a more exciting and open-minded place.

Debbie Millin
Chief Operating Officer

Debbie Millin formally joined Globalization Partners in May of 2016 after acting as an advisor since early 2015.  With over 20 years of operational, project management, and client relationship experience in a variety of industries, Debbie’s specialization is supporting companies experiencing rapid growth scale their systems and processes. Debbie has helped grow Globalization Partners to be the No. 1 fastest growing women-led company in America, and has helped two different companies achieve the honor of No. 1 fastest-growing private company in Massachusetts — including Globalization Partners in 2017.

Just prior to joining Globalization Partners, her consulting firm, offering part-time COO services, was named in Boston Business Journal’s “Startup Watch: Five to Follow”.

Debbie serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for Special Olympics of Massachusetts, as well as the Corporate Advisory Board for The Commonwealth Institute.  She is a frequent speaker on topics including entrepreneurship, fast-growing companies, global expansion, and women’s leadership. She is a long-standing member of The Boston Club, and has been a member of multiple non-profit and private boards throughout her career.

Debbie graduated with honors from Bentley University, and is a life-long Massachusetts resident and Boston sports fan. An admitted coffee addict, she also enjoys a nice glass of whiskey and spending time with family and friends. She and her husband have two children, and she spends most weekends following her son’s college hockey team around the northeast.

Nancy Cremins
Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel

Nancy Cremins joined Globalization Partners in April 2016. Nancy is known as one of Boston’s top lawyers for startups and entrepreneurial ventures, having been named as a Top 50 Women in Law, one of Boston’s “40 Under 40,” and “Fifty on Fire.” Prior to joining Globalization Partners, Nancy got extensive experience in the areas of employment law and conflict resolution over the past 10 years at notable firms such as Gesmer Updegrove LLP and Robinson & Cole LLP. Additionally, Nancy does incredible work within the community supporting female entrepreneurs. She’s the co-founder of an organization called SheStarts, and is also a board member for several non-profit organizations.

Nancy is a graduate of Boston College and the Northeastern University School of Law. She is a member of several societies including the Women’s Bar Association of Massachusetts.

Besides being wicked smart and having a passion for entrepreneurship, Nancy enjoys spending time with her family, collecting fabulous shoes, and drinking good wine. Nancy is pretty fierce but she also makes time for fun with friends, family, and the occasional dance party.

Bob Cahill
Chief Financial Officer

Bob Cahill joined Globalization Partners in March 2018. He has 20 years of C-level experience and has a proven track record of executing global strategies. Prior to Globalization Partners, Bob served as CFO, COO, and CEO at a variety of companies such as Smarterkids.com, Cambridge Interactive Development Corp/Everest Poker, Warcloud Inc., KaBloom Inc., and most recently, Fetch Storage LLC.

Bob brings an extensive amount of knowledge in all aspects of business management including equity & debt financing, international operations, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, human resources, systems, legal and regulatory. Bob is a results-driven financial expert who has substantial experience scaling rapidly growing companies and has directed numerous successful exits, including two IPO’s.

A born-and-raised Bostonian, Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Accounting Concentration from University of Massachusetts-Lowell and a Master of Business Administration with an MIS Concentration from Bentley University, and is a CPA in the state of Massachusetts. Outside of work, his passions include traveling, running, and spending time with his family and friends.

Melissa Cooper
Senior Vice President of Global Expansion

Melissa Cooper joined Globalization Partners in April 2014. She has held several positions within the company, and has a tremendous amount of experience providing international HR and finance management services to fast-growing multinational companies. She is a widely experienced global international expansion professional with a track record of success building professional services organizations to scale.

Melissa started her career with KPMG, and subsequently worked with a series of fast-growing companies in progressively senior roles, culminating as controller of a legal services firm.  She worked with High Street Partners, where she managed the international operations and expansions for up to 100 companies hiring in countries spanning the globe. After working in the client services division of High Street Partners for several years, Melissa led the charge to streamline the firms’ operations and billing processes.  Melissa has a broad understanding of global business compliance issues, including employment law in multiple countries, international accounting, and local compliance requirements, gained over 12 years advising the CFOs, controllers and HR directors of venture backed and public companies expanding their international operations.  Melissa joined Globalization Partners with a focus on providing excellent ongoing support to each of our clients and building our business to scale.  She currently leads Globalization Partners’ Global Operations team, comprised of the outstanding Client Success Account Managers, and the Regional HR Specialists based around the world.

Melissa is a graduate of Fairfield University with a B.S. degree in accounting. She is an avid athlete who enjoys any outdoor activity including running, volleyball, and baseball — and Pure Barre, of late. Originally from Boston, she currently lives in San Diego, California with her husband and two young children.

Jane Booth
Senior Vice President of Sales

Jane has a passion for helping her clients scale their overseas operations by removing red tape, and helping them find the fastest and most effective way to bring new employees on board. She spent nearly five years working for High Street Partners (now Vistra), advising CFOs, Controllers and VPs of HR on how to expand in over 100 countries from a payroll, accounting, tax, HR and compliance perspective. Before she relocated to the United States from the UK, she worked in London as a headhunter, primarily helping U.S. companies find the best talent to build out their pan-European organizations. She is therefore acutely aware of the cultural differences that U.S. firms encounter in doing business overseas.

Jane is a graduate of the University of Surrey in Guildford, UK, with a B Sc. in Linguistics and International Relations. She speaks fluent German, plus some French and Swedish. While waiting for her green card in the U.S., she took up triathlon and wrote a book about it, and she still swims. She recently started to learn to play the xylophone and she expresses her inner artist by taking part in chalk art festivals. After several years in the San Francisco Bay Area, Jane now resides in San Diego, California.

Andrea Dumont
Senior Vice President of Marketing

Andrea has over two decades of experience in both B2B and B2C marketing. She has a track record for identifying growth opportunities and executing impactful, integrated marketing programs that deliver results. Andrea’s passion for international expansion and digital marketing has led her to accelerate growth at startups as well as Fortune 500 companies.

Most recently with Virgin Pulse, Andrea was a key member of the executive team focusing on product differentiation, leading market position, and sales enablement. Andrea is a forward-thinking executive, with a thorough understanding of a constantly changing marketing landscape. She’s been featured in premier HR publications such as HR Executive, HR Magazine, and Employee Benefit News and is a sought-after speaker, having given presentations at prestigious industry events such as Conference Board, Society for Human Resource Management, and WorldatWork.

While she’s not working, Andrea likes to spend time hiking, biking, and doing anything outdoors with her family. She volunteers at Dress for Success, a nonprofit organization that provides business clothing for women preparing for job interviews, and Save A Dog, a rescue shelter in Sudbury, Massachusetts.
