Jane Booth, VP Sales, Globalization Partners
Jane has a passion for helping her clients scale their overseas operations by removing red tape, and helping them find the fastest and most effective way to bring new employees on board. She spent nearly five years working for High Street Partners, advising CFOs, controllers and VPs of HR on how to expand in over 60 countries from a payroll, accounting, tax, HR and compliance perspective. Before she relocated to the US from the UK, she worked in London as a headhunter, primarily helping US companies to locate the best talent to build out their pan-European organizations. She is therefore acutely aware of the cultural differences that US firms encounter in doing business overseas.
Keith established Outland Consultants in 1998. He has 30 years of actuarial experience in international benefits. Outland was Lockton’s strategic partner for global benefits M&A, and joined Lockton in 2016.
His employment history provides experience with a broad range of international employee benefit and retirement structures and financing arrangements around the globe:
- a variety of actuarial assignments in a major life insurance company
- employment as the manager of actuarial services for a Fortune 50 company with extensive international operations
- working in consulting firms and managing Lockton Outland Consultants
Keith regularly assists clients with consulting about international benefit practices, merger & acquisition due diligence and transition, and accounting for retirement benefit obligations. Using his broad experience, he helps clients bridge the communication gap about employee benefits between local country managers and WHQ managers
Kathryn Houston, GPHR, Global Benefits Analyst, Lockton Outland Consultants
Kathryn joined Outland Consultants in 2012. Her employment history includes Pfizer Inc., Groton, CT. Kathryn is a Certified Global Human Resource Professional and a Certified Administrative Professional with specialization in Organizational Management. Kathryn has an MA Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She holds a graduate certificate in Human Resources. Since joining Outland Consultants, Kathryn has contributed to many merger and acquisition projects with our multinational clients. She provides additional consultative and research support
