Ann has extensive experience in global immigration, international taxation and consulting on all aspects of international human resources and global mobility issues. She represents a wide range of clients focusing on all aspects of employment-based immigration, policy design and immigration program management. Ann manages teams of immigration professionals worldwide for major corporate clients in a variety of industries, including financial services, technology, consulting and energy. She advises clients on compliance with immigration laws and regulations, and provides strategic guidance on the deployment of personnel to developed and emerging markets in all regions.
Ann received her Master of Law from Boston University School of Law, Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School and Bachelor of Arts from Tufts University.
Scott Fitzgerald, Partner, Fragomen Worldwide
Scott is the Managing Partner of the Boston, Massachusetts office of Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP, and a Managing Director of Fragomen Immigration Services India Pvt., Ltd. He has practiced exclusively in the field of corporate immigration and nationality law for more than 20 years. Scott provides multinational corporations, including leading technology companies and financial and educational institutions, with strategic counseling on all matters of U.S. immigration and nationality law, regulation, policy and compliance. He currently serves as co-chairman of the firm’s LCA Compliance Task Force.
Scott received his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and Bachelor of Arts from Johns Hopkins University.

Prior to joining Globalization Partners, David was Director of Channels and Business Development at Radius where he built strategic partnerships with some of the most respected brands in banking, insurance, human resources, technology and more. Prior to joining Radius, Hughson served as manager of global channels at High Street Partners, an international business software and service provider, which was acquired by Radius in 2014. David also helped lead the UK Government’s foreign direct investment activities for high growth technology businesses in the U.S. with UK Trade & Investment, and he has worked with hundreds of US companies to advise on international expansion strategy.
