Senegal Subsidiary Laws

Senegal subsidiary laws also vary based on what type of subsidiary you choose to incorporate as. LLCs need at least one director and one shareholder who can be of any nationality. You will also have to turn in minimum paid-up share capital of $2,000 to set up your Senegal subsidiary.

All subsidiaries must keep their account books in French.
