Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) protects your organization’s data by applying a second source of validation before allowing access to the G-P Platform.

Is MFA enabled on the G-P Platform?
Administrators can enable or disable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) within the G-P Platform. We strongly advise customers to activate MFA to ensure account protection.
Note: For new users signing into the G-P Platform for the first time on or after August 31, 2026, app-based authentication is turned on by default for customers who opt-in to MFA. These users must immediately enroll in app-based authentication (see below), as alternative sign-in methods will not be available.
How can I access the G-P Platform once MFA is enabled?
We support and strongly recommend app-based MFA for login. G-P Users can download any of the standard authenticator applications (Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.) and use the one-time codes generated in these applications to login to G-P. Existing users who first signed in prior to August 31, 2026, retain the option to use SMS to authenticate their login.
Authenticator Applications
To set up an authenticator application (such as Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, or Authy), follow these steps:
- Open the App Store on your mobile phone and search for the authenticator application of your choice.
- Download and install the application on your device.
- Follow the instructions stated in the application. If the application requires you to register using your phone number and email address, complete the registration process.
- Open the G-P webpage and log in with your username (email) and password.
You will be presented with a QR code. - Open the application on your phone and use the application's "Scan QR Code" feature to scan the code from your computer screen.
- Once the QR is successfully scanned, your G-P account will be linked in the application and a new row will be created in-app. You should be able to see your email address in this row.
- Click on the row to access the one time six-digit security code generated by the application. Enter this code into the G-P Platform Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) page.
- Once the code is authenticated, you will be directed to the G-P Platform homepage. Future logins will require you to enter the one-time code provided by the application.

Account Recovery
Invalid code errors: Authenticator codes are time-sensitive. If your code is rejected, ensure your mobile device's clock is set to Automatic Date & Time in your phone settings.
Lost, damaged, or new phone: Because MFA relies on your physical device, changing phones will prevent you from accessing your account.
Please contact us at support@g-p.com to help you with the MFA set up on your new device.
