The minimum wage as of April 2022 in Belarus is 480,96 BYN a month, according to Belarus compensation laws. Employees typically work 40 hours a week and eight hours a day, and they cannot work more than 10 hours a week, 180 hours a year of overtime, or 12 hours a day. Instead of compensating overtime, many employers opt to give time off. However, you should compensate employees at 100% of their regular pay if you do pay for overtime.
