What payment methods do you offer?

We accept credit and debit cards for our Essential and Pro subscription plans. For our Enterprise product, we send an invoice that can be paid with a credit/debit card. In some countries, you also have the option of a bank debit.

Are there any contracts or setup fees?

There are no contracts or setup fees during the free trial.  After the free trial a subscription is required to use Gia.

To cancel your plan: 1. Go to your Gia Home page. 2. In the bottom left corner, click on the Subscription indicator. 3. Select Manage. 4. Then choose Manage Subscription. 5. Finally, select Cancel Subscription.

Yes, taxes apply to your purchase. The specific taxes, such as sales tax, consumption tax, or VAT, will be determined by the laws of your country, state, and city.

What is your refund policy?

Your subscription to Gia is non-refundable. We offer a 30-day free trial so you can test the service and decide if it's right for you before you're charged. If you choose to cancel, your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll continue to have access to the service until then.

How can I switch to annual billing?

To change your subscription plan to annual billing: 1. Cancel your current monthly subscription. 2. Once your current billing period is close to ending, sign up for a new subscription. 3. During the sign-up process, select the annual billing option.

Can I upgrade to a different plan at a later time?

Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. To upgrade: 1. From your Gia Home page, click the Subscription indicator in the bottom-left corner. 2. Select Manage. 3. Choose the plan you want and complete the payment process. Your new plan will begin once the payment is approved.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Immediate Access: You retain full access to your data and can export/download all uploaded documents until your current billing period ends. After cancellation, your data remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days, allowing you to retrieve any important information. Data Deletion: After the 30-day, all your data is permanently deleted, including: Uploaded HR documents and policies Chat history and query logs Custom tasks and templates Account settings and preferences Reactivation: If you reactivate within the 30-day, all your data will be fully restored. After 30 days, you'll start with a clean account.
