Boston Dynamics’ ongoing success with Spot and Stretch demonstrates their potential to revolutionize industries by improving operational efficiency and ensuring worker safety. As demand for its robots grows, the company has expanded its global operations. To do so efficiently, it needed a flexible, cost-effective solution to tap global talent and support customers across multiple regions without the costly and timely set-up of establishing new entities. Boston Dynamics turned to G-P, a strategic partner that combined its expertise and Employer of Record (EOR) and global employment solutions to support the company’s growth ambitions.

Boston Dynamics used G-P to successfully hire, onboard, and manage field engineers, sales teams, and support staff in key markets like Canada, the Netherlands, the UK, and Germany. What started as a single hire in Canada has expanded to over two dozen professionals hired in Denmark, the UK, Netherlands, and Germany, with plans to grow into new markets in Asia in 2025 and beyond.
