越南工作簽證種類
與其他國家的國民一樣，準僱員必須向越南大使館或領事館申請簽證才能入境。相關類型的簽證包括
- 會議的HN 簽證
- 投資者的DT 簽證
- 為在越南企業工作的個人提供DN 簽證
- 學生和實習生的DH 簽證
- NG1-NG4 外交目的 簽證
- LV1-LV2 在越南當局工作的個人 簽證
- LD visas for international workers, including LD1 for work-permit-exempt workers and LD2 for workers who need a work permit
An LD visa is generally required for foreign employees who wish to live and work in Vietnam on a long-term basis, unless they qualify for a work permit exemption or another permitted work-authorized category.
取得越南工作簽證的要求
Vietnam has strict requirements to determine which individuals are eligible to obtain a work visa. There are 3 main categories of international workers who may apply for a Vietnam work permit: managers or executives, experts, and technical workers.

Furthermore, companies in Vietnam can only offer one of these positions to a national from another country if there are no eligible local job seekers to fill the position. Based on the new amendment to Decree 152, issued in the form of new Labour Decree No. 70, the Vietnamese government has introduced a new requirement in respect of the labor market test. To prove that it’s necessary to hire an international employee, the company must advertise the position to Vietnamese job seekers for at least 15 days before submitting the foreign labour demand request. The notice should be posted on the required government employment portal or through the relevant employment service center. If no suitable Vietnamese candidate is found, the company may proceed with the foreign worker hiring justification or work permit process.
申請 LD 工作簽證明時，必須提交一份書面文件來證明此公告屬實。 其他要求包括

申請流程
要申請在越南工作的簽證，員工應採取以下步驟：
- 取得其雇主所發出的證明其在公司工作的信函。
- 收集3 近期護照照片或拍攝新照片
- 從越南或員工居住國的醫院取得健康證明。
- 填寫工作簽證申請；求職申請表並收集所有必要的文件以提交給越南勞工部
越南的雇主在工作簽證申請過程中也扮演著重要角色。 雇主的步驟包括：
- 從當地勞動部門取得國際勞工使用預先核准函。
- 向勞動榮軍和社區事務部 (DOLISA) 提交工作許可證申請；求職申請。
Applications must generally be submitted at least 15 working days before the foreign employee’s intended start date. However, the process can take much longer. It is recommended that companies apply 2 to 3 months in advance.
Upon approval of the application, the employee may travel to Vietnam. They will need to declare their status as a temporary resident at their local police authority. A temporary residence card is generally issued within 5 working days after the immigration authority receives a complete, valid application. Its validity is usually tied to the foreign worker’s approved work authorization and cannot exceed the underlying work permit, visa, or applicable category limit.
其他重要注意事項
Currently, work permits are generally valid for up to 2 years. They may usually be extended once for up to another 2 years if the application is filed before expiry and the worker remains eligible. If your company plans to continue employing international workers beyond the duration of their permit, a new application must be submitted.
If your business has multiple locations that an employee may need to work at within the same province, you will need to report this on the work permit application. If any of your applicants will be working in more than one province, you may submit the work permit application to the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) instead of a provincial Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (DOLISA).
